Brenden Tully

I am a senior at the College of Wooster conducting an Independent Study project in the Taylor Lab, which is focused on using Pseudomonas as a biocontrol for nematodes. Specifically, I am looking at which clades of Pseudomonas are most common in Ohio soil samples. This information may indicate clades that are ecologically adapted to Ohio and best at repelling nematodes.
